The Planner for the Zoning and Current Development Division of the Albemarle County Department of
Community Development will recommend approval of the plat referred to above when the following items
have been satisfactorily addressed. (The following comments are those that have been identified at this
time. Additional comments or conditions may be added or eliminated bases upon further review.) [Each
comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the Albemarle County Code.]
1. [14-302(A) 4] Private easements & [14-302(A) 5] Public easements. Please show any
easements pertaining to this property, should they exist.
" 2. [14-302(B) 10jStream buffers. The location of stream buffers required by section 17-317 of the
water protection ordinance, with the following note: "The stream buffer(s) shown hereon shall
be managed in accordance with the Albemarle County Water Protection Ordinance. "
3. 14-416 Individual private wells and septic systems. A subdivision for which public water
and/or public sewerage service is not reasonably available as provided in section 14-414, and for
which a central water supply and/or a central sewerage system is not authorized under section
14-415, shall be served by individual private wells or septic systems having conventional
drainfields, or both, and shall meet all requirements of the health department and be approved by
the health director. Please show a note that this is a private well and septic system and that
public service is not available.
Final tentative approval will be subject to the completion of these comments
