Hi Andy,
Glad that you enjoyed the holidays! I did as well- just lots of catching up now!
For comment #3, that is fine to revise the note to read 1 development right, instead of 5, since they cannot be further
divided.
For comment #7, technically an approved drainfield is required for each lot. I believe the Health Department is going to
contact Bill Fritz (if they haven't already), given his background on this project.

Had great time this holiday season! Hope yours was the same!
I have been in discussions with Mr. Pace about a slight change to the shape of Parcel Y, per Bill Fritz suggestion.
Please see your comment #3, both Lots 22 & 23 were only assigned 1 development right in 1980 due to their small
size.
And on your comment #7, Lot 23 already has a residence on it.

Hi Andy,
Attached are review comments for SUB201800210 (Boundary Line Adjustment) for Revised Lots 22 and 23 in
Ridgemont. You may resubmit a revised plat with either a paper copy or an electronic copy emalled to me. Please note
that this plat has also been transmitted to the Health Department for their approval, per County code 14--416 and 14-
310, which require plats with lots less than 5 acres that are not served public water/sewer to be sent to the Health
Department.
