The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the Final Plat
referenced above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is
preceded by the applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless
otherwise specified.]
1. [Comment] Please list the deed book, page number, and owner name for adjacent parcel
TMP 65-13 and TMP 65-11D.
a. Addressed. Not applicable to those parcels.
2. [14-302(A)(3)] Existing streets. List the ROW dimensions for State Route 600.
a. Addressed. 30' prescriptive easement.
3. [14-303(A)] Statement of consent to division. In the statement, TMP 65-11E is written as
TMP 65-11E3. Please revise to remove the 3.
a. Addressed. Was revised and fixed.
4. [14-303(D)] Acreage of lots. The acreage of residue TMP 65-11E is listed as 45.85, and
the acreage for Parcel D is listed as 7.07, however the total acreage is listed as 52.93
acres, which is a 0.01-acre difference. Please revise.
a. Addressed. Was revised and fixed.
5. [14-416] Health Director Approval. Approval from the Health Director is required for
this application. The necessary information has been transmitted to the Health Director
and is under their review.
