Let me check with Brian and make sure that makes sense before we close out this plat though. Then we will sign it, keep one copy, and return the rest to you all. I appreciate the compliment on my review speed, although I will say it is not quite so fast anymore, now that I have more applications to keep up with! The plat has been revised to reflect your comments, dated September 19, 2018, as follows: 1. T.M. 65-11 D & 13 are not adjacent to the property surveyed and the ownership information is not required for those parcels. 2. State Route 600 has a 30' prescriptive easement as shown on the plat (no right-of-way deeded). 3. The 3 has been removed from T.M. 65-11 E in the owners consent panel. 4. The residue acreage has been revised to 45.86+/- acres. 5. Health Department Approval received December 18th. 6. A revised date has been added to the plat.
