The permitted uses of the Property are provided in the Belvedere Code of Development last revised July 22, 2014. The Property is subject to the Airport Impact Area Overlay District as described in Section 30 of Chapter 18 of the Albemarle County Code ("Zoning Ordinance"). • The proposed use of the Property as a multi -purpose field house, or multi -purpose sports facility, is a by right use according to the Belvedere Code of Development. • The Property is subject to site plan SDP201100024, approved December 8, 2011 and amendment SDP201300045, approved June 11, 2014. Building Permit B201902273NC was issued on October 23, 2019 for the Property. • All requirements of the Zoning Code related to ingress and egress from the Property to a public street have been addressed and satisfied via the approved site plan. • There are no applications pending in association with the Property including rezoning, special use permit, or variance. • There are no proceedings, pending or threatened, to revoke, rescind, alter, or declare invalid any laws, ordinances, codes, approvals, permits or certificates applicable to or issued in connection with the Property by the County. • Copies of any applicable records may be obtained via the noted links or from this office with a request through the department's Records Manager, Paul Bjornsen, at pblornsen(a)-albemarle.org once they have been approved or issued.
