The SWM portion of the bond is at the original amount of S19,500 and can be released when the following items have been resolved: 1. The silt fence will need to be removed and appears to have caused some erosion issues, 2. The biofilter groundcover appeared thin and should be grassed and/or mulched, 3. The berm and grading outside of the biofilter will need to be shown on the as-builts, as it did not appear the required 6" height was consistent around the biofilter, 4. The biomix layer will need to be repaired where it is adjacent to the riprap. This looked to be an issue with the silt fence and missing filter fabric under the riprap. 5. The slope just east of and below the biofilter will need to be stabilized. This appeared to be caused by a combination of the silt fence not allowing water into the biofilter and the berm not being high enough in that area. 6. The silt in the energy dissipater and the riprap will need to be cleaned out. Please contact me if you have questions. Sincerely, Matt Wentland, PE Civil Engineer II Copy: Ana Kilmer, File
