To Whom It May Concern:
The undersigned are the fee simple owners of Parcel ID 06100-00-00-13200 in Albemarle County,Virginia(the"Sears Parcel").
Please accept this letter as authorization for Washington Prime Group Inc.,for and on behalf of Washington Prime Group,L.P.,as its
general partner,for and on behalf of Charlottesville Fashion Square,LLC,as its sole member(the"Ground Lessee"),or any delegate
of the Ground Lessee,including but not limited to Jack DeGagne,Site Development Manager of Darden,Inc.,to act as our limited
agent until June 5,2021,solely in connection with the submission of applications,submissions,and presentations at meetings as
follows:
• To the Albemarle Architectural Review Board for the LongHorn Steakhouse exterior elevations,sign plan and site plan
reviews preliminary and final to be located on the Sears Parcel;
• To the Albemarle County Planning Commission and Board of Supervisors for a Special Exception approval allowing a
specific lease area of the existing paved parking on the Sears Parcel to be converted from parking to a restaurant site at
Fashion Square Mall;
• To Albemarle County Community Development for review of the site plans from an engineering and planning perspective
and for preliminary and final construction approval on the Sears Parcel;and
• To Albemarle County Community Development for review of the building on the Sears Parcel for required building permits.
This authorization is for proposed improvements within the proposed leased premises on the Sears Parcel only.If you should have any
