Good afternoon Christopher, The plans for Well Lot 4,as attached,for the Miller School of Albemarle do not conflict with the conservation easement and is permitted under section 2.7.2 Utilities and 2.15 Changes in Topography, mining,grading, blasting,filling, earth removal.The easement states, under Section 2.15,that"Best management practices, in accordance with the Virginia Erosion and Sediment Control Law, shall be used to control erosion and protect water quality in such construction". We will coordinate with the Miller School regarding the Best Management Practices. We greatly appreciate your assistance and reaching out. Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
