Good afternoon Christopher,
The plans for Well Lot 4,as attached, for the Miller School of Albemarle do not conflict with the conservation easement
and is permitted under section 2.7.2 Utilities and 2.15 Changes in Topography, mining, grading, blasting, filling, earth
removal. The easement states, under Section 2.15,that"Best management practices, in accordance with the Virginia
Erosion and Sediment Control Law, shall be used to control erosion and protect water quality in such construction". We
will coordinate with the Miller School regarding the Best Management Practices.
We greatly appreciate your assistance and reaching out. Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
Best,
Isa

Ashton,
SUB201900145 Well Lot 4—Special Lot
I'm reviewing the attached well lot proposal on property under a Conservation Easement to the Land Trust of
Virginia. Is the proposed use permitted within the conservation easement?
