Charlottesville, VA 22902 RE: Liberty Hall—Permit B2018-00357SF Request to lift Stop Work Order John: Please find the attached WPO application and plan for the residence at Liberty Hall as requested to address the stop work order issued as a result of exceeding the proposed limits of grading initially established with the building permit noted above. Although there are other nearby buildings that were recently constructed under separate permits, I have included these buildings within the new limits of disturbance. Other areas of recent disturbance the property are agricultural, including construction of a barn and removal of houses and driveway to establish new meadows. It should be noted that all of the areas disturbed beyond the initial limits of disturbance are already final-graded and stabilized. The remaining final grading is within the initial limits of disturbance and is about 90% complete. Per the water quality calculations in the plan, 0.74 lb/yr of TP load reduction is required. In order to expedite lifting the stop work order we propose that the owner post a bond of$1,100.00,based on an estimated nutrient credit purchase amount of$15,000.
