We currently have 12 employees assigned to the Charlottesville office at Research Park, consisting of eight separate offices, a training area, and one research and development space. Below, we have addressed the performance standards of Zoning Ordinance Section 18-4.14: Noise: Our operation will not create sound or impact noise levels in excess of the values specified in Section 4.14.1. Our internal operations are computer based, no machinery or industrial equipment will be used. Vibration: We operate no equipment that would produce detectable vibrations. Glare: Our operation is completely contained within the building. Air Pollution: There will be no emission of smoke, odor or gaseous pollutants. Water Pollution: No liquid wastes will be generated by this operation. Our operation does not represent a hazard to water quality. Radioactivity: Our operations do not require handling of radioactive materials. There will be no radioactive emissions emitted. Electrical Interference: None of the equipment used will produce detectable electrical interference.
