Key, Inc. has attempted to locate existing subsurface utilities; however, such may exist that are not shown. The contractor shall exercise care in this work so as to avoid damage to any utilities. Any damage shall be the contractor's responsibility. The contractor shall notify all utility companies as well as 'Miss Utility' 72 hours prior to construction. 2.Any unusual subsurface conditions shall be reported immediately to the designer. 3.The contractor shall obtain all permits required for this work and pay all associated fees. 4.The contractor shall employ erosion control devices and methods as required to meet the intent of the County of Albemarle Control ordinance. No area shall be left denuded for more that 60 calendar days. 5.Contractor to clean up and restore disturbed areas Immediately upon completion of final grading in the affected area. 6.All grading and improvements to be confined to the project area unless otherwise indicated. 7.All fill material shall be compacted to 95% of theoretical maximum density as determined by A.A.S.H.O. T-99 Method A, within plus or minus 2 percentage points of optimum moisture for the full width of fill section. 8.Datum Reference: Assumed Benchmark 9.
