RE: ARB-2019-86: Wickham Pond Entrance Sign (056J00000000AO)
Dear Applicant,
We have reviewed your request for the above -noted sign and have approved the design as illustrated in the attachments.
You may consider this letter your Certificate of Appropriateness.
This approval is specifically conditioned on the following:
1. Execution of the design indicated on the final approved plans, attachments, materials, samples, and other submittal
items presented.
2. Materials and colors are to match the existing previously approved signs.
3. Landscaping must be provided at the base of the sign as follows: 15 Parson's Juniper in front of the sign and 5
Nigra Inkberry Holly behind the sign.
Please note the following:
1. Any changes in the approved design will require a new application and additional review.
2. This sign has been approved as a non -illuminated sign (no lighting). To add lighting, the applicant must first obtain
ARB approval and an approved electrical permit.
3. Zoning, building, and other approvals may still be pending for your sign permit. This approval is only for
the Architectural Review Board/Entrance Corridor.
