Ms. Long just dropped off the plats today.
As you know I do not have ACSA approval of the plat yet. I just touched base with them and they are still reviewing the
asbuilts of the plan.
Additionally, I need County Executive signature on the deed of vacation prior to plat approval. I'm distributing that to
legal today.
Otherwise the plats ready...just pending these last bits which need to be tied up.
Once it's approved I will let you know.

The County Executive signed the legal docs in his purview for the proposal. I have placed them at the front desk
for you to pickup.
Please have the applicable owners sign and notarize the final plat and all associated legal documents, then
submit them to the County for approval of the final plat.
I will be out of the office for the next 11 days, if this is hot and needs to get done in that time frame, submit it to
the attention of Megan or Bill with this email attached.
