As you know I do not have ACSA approval of the plat yet. I just touched base with them and they are still reviewing the asbuilts of the plan. Additionally, I need County Executive signature on the deed of vacation prior to plat approval. I'm distributing that to legal today. Otherwise the plats ready...just pending these last bits which need to be tied up. Once it's approved I will let you know.
