No there are several others that involve the Rivanna Village Phase 1B subdivision plat:
Deed of Dedication for Road Improvements
Deed of Dedication for Sight Distance
Deed of Dedication for park space
First Amendment to Deed of Dedication for Parks and Recreation
Deed of Dedication and Easement for Stormwater Management Facilities and Drainage
I'm copying Chris Perez from CDD who worked with Nicole Scro on all of these issues. Our client has signed all
the instruments, and they have all been approved for signature by the County.
There are also plats to be signed —the easement plat and subdivision plats
I can come over any time with all these docs to go through them with you and anyone else as needed.

Hi Andy,
I apologize for the delay. I just picked up the documents with the County's signature today. Attached are two of the
three instruments that require the Fire Department's signature, both of which relate to the Easement Plat. The
Easement Plat is also attached. I highlighted the areas of the easements which impact the Fire Department(and County)
property. As you can see,the impact is very minimal.
Chris, I should have confirmed this earlier but can you confirm that the County has also signed the documents related to
the Phase 113 Subdivision plat? They did not seem to be at the front desk. Attached is an email stating the legal
instruments related to the Subdivision Plat are ready to go. One of these instruments also requires the Fire
Department's signature (the Deed of Vacation, attached). Have these instruments been signed by the County?

Hi Petie,
John Blair, the acting County Attorney at the time the instruments were submitted for review by the County, has already
approved the documents.
There is no need for Andy to review them again.
Do you have any specific questions you would like us to address? Attached are copies of the plats again. I have
highlighted the easement areas that impact the Fire Department Property. As you can see, it is very minimal.

Hi Petey,
I hope you are well. We are close to having all documents ready for recordation for Rivanna Village's Phase 1B. The
instruments and plats that were previously signed related to Phase 1A. Attached are the following instruments that
impact the East Rivanna Volunteer Fire Department property:

1. Deed of Easement for a waterline (to the Service Authority). The waterline easement encroaches 10 feet onto
the East Rivanna Volunteer Fire Department property. The easement area is depicted on the attached Easement
Plat, see Sheet 2 for better detail. The easement is located in the southwest corner of the property.
2. Deed of Easement for stormwater and drainage (to the County). The stormwater and drainage easement is
located in the southeast corner of the property. It is depicted on the Easement Plat,with Sheet 2 showing a
close up of the area. The easement just barely encroaches upon the East Rivanna Volunteer Fire Department
property.
3. Deed of Vacation of the Drainage Facilities easement. In exchange for connecting the East Rivanna Volunteer
Fire Department property with the public water and sewer system, the current Drainage Facilities easement
area,once it is deemed no longer necessary,will be vacated. The PhasiBB Subdivisiil Plat(Sheet 12)shows

Please let us know if you have any questions related to the above. The County has approved the instruments. Rivanna
Village requests the East Rivanna Village Volunteer Fire Department sign the attached instruments. In addition,the
attached Easement Plat and Phase 1B Subdivision Plat will also need to be signed. We will soon receive the original
version of both plats with Rivanna Village's signature. It is this version will need to be signed by the East Rivanna Village
Volunteer Fire Department.
Is there a time/day that you would be able to come to Williams Mullen's offices to sign the relevant documents. Please
let us know if there is another individual that we should direct our request to.
