Re: Bond reduction request for Avinity Phase 1 Private Roads (SUB201000163)
Your request for an inspection for Avinity Phase 1 has been processed. The road bond was
originally $754,100.00 and is currently at $150,820, the minimum 20% of the original amount. The
bond can be released after the punch list items are addressed.

All items appear complete.
Following is an additional punch list of deficient construction based on site inspection (items are
marked in field in white paint):
1) Curb and gutter that is broken/fractured will need to be replaced, such as in front of lot 55, directly
across from lot 55, and lot 68.Other areas may be marked in white paint. Some areas of curbing may be
repaired with epoxy or other approved concrete repair system.
2) The gap between the curb and sidewalk in front of lot 74 will need to be filled. .
3) Structure ST-12 (across the street from lot 55) has no invert poured and the pipe has not been sealed
around. The pipe also extends too far into the structure.
4) Structure ST-22 and the surrounding sidewalk (at the corner of lot 39) are uneven and will need to be
made level with each other.
5) The street sign at the south end of Avinity Court is too short.
