Planning Comments: 1. Sheet 2 now identifies the location and species of the existing trees and landscaping within the proposed limits of disturbance. 2. Sheet 2 now identifies the landscaping that will be removed within the proposed limits of disturbance area. 3. There is no landscaping proposed to be preserved within the proposed limits of disturbance. 4. Sheet 3 shows the new landscaping proposed within the limits of disturbance, including the name, type, species, canopy, etc. 5. This comment is acknowledged. ARB Comments: 1. Sheet 2 now shows the existing landscaping to be removed within the limits of disturbance area. 2. Sheet 3 now shows the new landscaping and trees to planted for the proposed improvements. 3. Sheet 3 now lists the type and height of the proposed fencing. 4. The proposed building addition will be 20' in height, a note has been added to sheet 3 indicating the building height. Engineering Comments: 1. The CG-2 curbing on sheet 3 has now been labeled. 2. The handicap parking and handicap parking signs are existing. Sheet 3 now shows them, and labels the parking spaces and signs. 3. The handicap sign and striping is existing and is now outside of the limits of disturbance. 4. The concrete ADA ramp is existing, and will remain. This portion of the site will remain as is, and has been updated in the existing conditions and site plan sheets accordingly. 5. The concrete ramp, patio, and entrance is existing and will remain ADA compliant. 6. The plan has been updated to maintain a 5' minimum sidewalk between the fence and the curb. 7. The grade of the existing concrete ramp meets ADA accessibility standards, as designed and approved with the letter of revision #3 for SDP200800033. The ramp, the landing, and the ADA access into the restaurant is not changing anymore with the proposed plan.
