See below for a response to each comment. 1. Noted, we request Site Plan approval contingent on approval of the BLA approval. We have left the plans so that the BLA references can be penned in once recorded. 2. 3. Noted, the Easement plat is now approved, references have been added to the site plan. 4. This note has been revised, the 13 interior trees will be planted as part of the Pantops Corner Road plan/Site Plan due to ARB and Street zoning requirements (a condition for C/O release). Wawa still will have a separate full landscaping plan, but the Parcel 5A landscaping shown on Sheet C8 will be "existing conditions" on their site plan. 11. Calculations have been revisited, the Pantops Corner SDP 2018-89 will actually provide 11356 sf of canopy. We have coordinated this with the Wawa Designers. 12. See added 48' width label added for clarity. The access easement has not changed in months, and is consistent across plans and plats.
