RE: ARB-2019-132: Champion Grill Sign (061W00300019A0)
Dear Applicant,
We have reviewed your request for the above -noted signs and have approved the designs as illustrated in the attached
drawings (undated). You may consider this letter your Certificate of Appropriateness.
This approval is specifically conditioned on the following:
1. Execution of the design indicated on the final approved plans, attachments, materials, samples, and other submittal
items presented.
2. The sign on the side elevation must meet the 8" clearance requirement outlined in the approved Comprehensive
Sign Plan.
Please note the following:
1. Any changes in the approved design will require a new application and additional review.
2. ARB approval is not required for the sign on the Bond Street side of the building.
3. Zoning, building, and other approvals may still be pending for your sign permit. This approval is only for
the Architectural Review Board/Entrance Corridor.
