Subject: SUB2019-161 Roach/Draper Subdivision
Good Morning Anthony,
Attached are review comments for SUB2019-161, the Roach/Draper subdivision (on the
Albemarle/Green Co. line). After talking with Zoning staff, it is possible to do this subdivision. Please let
me know if you have any questions about the review comments.
You can resubmit the plat either with a paper copy at the front desk of Community Development at the
County, or you can email me a PDF version to review. Once all comments have been addressed, then
you can submit plats with owners' notarized signatures, and then the County will sign off on those plats.
Please be sure there is a signature line for both Counties.

I was wondering if you had a chance to make a determination on the SUB2019-161 plat on the
Greene/AC line? Looking at our calendars it doesn't seem we have any free time overlapping

I left the file back on your desk. After discussing this with Bill the other day, we agreed that allowing the
lot to be the 2+ acres with the dwelling should be fine. Have them place a note on the plat saying that
only one dwelling is permitted on the 2+acre lot and that it may not be further divided.

That .07 Acre parcel was drawn in as part of our property on the initial submission, but per that plat you
sent me it has actually been consolidated into Tax Map 8-26B. But it was nestled into that sort of interior
corner at the North end of the property. If there's another way you'd like me to show it, just let me
know! Otherwise hopefully this is my last time bugging you for now 0
