Pursuant to Section 14 -228 of Chapter 14 of the Albemarle County Code, the above referenced
subdivision plat has been denied. This action has been taken because the final plat was submitted after the
one (1) year preliminary approval expired. The preliminary subdivision plat (SUB2007 -135) was
approved by the Planning Commission on January 22, 2008, and the submittal of SUB2009 -011-
Pounding Branch- Phase III- Final was submitted on January 23, 2009.
