Also, it appears some of the easement is hatched, hov,-,,-r some is not. Please clarify if more area should be hatched. i. REV 1: Addressed. 5. Sheet 4: a. [14-302(A)(4)] Easements. Remove reference to 'vacated'— should be `abandoned' easements. Also, label if the drainage easements are public or private. i. REV 1: Addressed. 6. Sheet 5: a. [14-317] Easements and maintenance. Include documentation to show who will maintain the proposed private access easement. This may be accomplished by updating the existing documents for this area of Stonefield as well. i. REV 1: Updated or new covenants and restrictions are needed to show who will maintain proposed or revised private easements. This documentation will be reviewed by the County Attorneys Office. If the open space park area for Block D2 will be partially on two parcels, this should also be reflected and addressed. ii.
