This letter is to approve as a Letter of Revision the changes outlined in your letter of September
26, 2019 (attached) and shown on the submitted plans. This is the 3rd and final Letter of
Revision for this site. A total of three (3) Letters of Revision are allowed before all changes to
the plan are required to be submitted in the form of a site plan amendment.

RE: Woolen Mills Redevelopment — SDP-2017-76 Letter of Revision
Dear Mr. Fritz:
The following is a summary of changes reflected in the Letter of Revision #3 submission:
Sheet C4.3: The sanitary sewer service location has been revised to stub out on the western side
of the 1 story building. An additional sanitary sewer service connection has been provided for the
2-story brick building. The proposed private Fireline has been relocated from the drive aisle
between the existing retaining wall and 1-story building. This line shall be installed beneath the
restaurant space to avoid impacting the integrity of the existing wall.
• Sheet C5.2: The proposed stormline has been relocated from the drive aisle between the existing
retaining wall and 1-story building. This line shall be installed beneath the restaurant space to
avoid impacting the integrity of the existing wall.
• Sheet C7.2: Stormwater profiles have been revised to reflect the relocation of the storm line
between the existing retaining wall and 1-story building.
• Sheet C7.4: The waterline profile has been revised to reflect the relocation of the private fireline
from the drive aisle located between the existing retaining wall and 1-story building.
+ Extent of pavement has been revised and two risers have been removed to match the latest
landscape plans. -
• Modifications to the E&SC plan was not required as part of this revision
• Stormwater pipe routing calculations have been revised as part of this L.O.R.
