Mr. Nelson:
As requested by your department, I have reviewed the Initial Site Plan, stamped 10/23/19,
for the proposed development for compliance with VDH regulations. It appears that all
proposed construction is to connect to public water and sewer systems, therefore I have
no comments or concerns.
Recommendation: Approval
