Subject: SDP2018-00089 — Pantops Corner — Final Site Plan; 5th Submittal
The Planner for the Planning Services Division of the Albemarle County Department of Community Development will
recommend approval of the plan referred to above when the following items have been satisfactorily addressed. (The
following comments are those that have been identified at this time. Additional comments or conditions may be added
or eliminated based on further review.) [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference to the Albemarle County
Code.]
1. [General Comment; Chapter 14, Subdivision Ordinance] The boundary line adjustment plat (SUB2019-00129) for
Pantops Corner must be recorded prior to approval of this site plan. The legal references, including deed book and page
number, must be shown on this site plan.
2. [4.15] Following discussions with the Zoning division, remove the monument signs that are currently shown on this site plan,
at either end of Pantops Corner Way, at its intersections with Route 250 and Route 20. Signs are not approved with site plans,
and require approval through a separate sign permit process, as outlined in Chapter 18, Section 4.15 of the Zoning ordinance.
