The County of Albemarle has received application to subdivide/develop [TMP 130 Parcel 5] into Parcel C(12.00
acres)and the residue.This project requires Health Department approval before receiving final County approval.The
applicant has provided soils information for the proposed division,which is attached. Please review the proposal for
suitable subsurface drainfields which comply with the provisions of Chapter 18, Sections 4.2.2,4.2.3,4.2.4,and
Chapter 14, Sections 14-309 and 14-310 of the Albemarle County Code. Should you have any comments please feel
