[14-302(A)16] Dam Break Inundation Zone. Depict and label the limits of the dam break inundation zone. 2. [14-235(C), Condition of the PC Private Street Request Approval] Bonding of the Private Street. The subdivider shall provide surety for the completion of the private street if the private street will not be completed prior to approval of the final plat. See engineering's comments below related to bonding. 3. [14-414, 4.11 Public Water. Each lot shall be served by the public water supply. Depict the waterline and waterline easement serving the lots and provide its recordation information and the name of the public owner of record for the easement. ACSA and RWSA approval is required prior to final subdivision plat approval. 4. [14-414, 4.11 Public Sewer. Each lot shall be served by the public sewer system. ACSA and RWSA approval is required prior to final subdivision plat approval. Engineering Review - Plat shows a new sewer line extension improvements within the Flood Hazard Overlay District. In accord with the provisions of Section 14-229(B) of Chapter 14, if the applicant fails to submit a revised plat to address all of the requirements within six (6) months after the date of this letter, then the application shall be deemed voluntarily withdrawn.
