regular meeting of t~e Albemarle County Board of Zoning Appeals, your
application for VA..83-94 was approved.
This variance a:?proval allows relief from Section 10.4 of the
Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance to allow an accessory structure to
be located 35 feet f:rom the highway right-of-way, a variance of 40 feet.

Dear Mr. and Mrs. Atkins:
The Alberrarle County Board of Supervisors at its rreeting on April 28r 1982,
voted to approve your special use pennit request, as referenced above, subject
to the following conditions:
1. The following conditions shall be met prior to issuance of a
developrent r::enni t by the Zoning Administrator, as required by
Section 30.3.3.2 of the Zoning Ordinance:
a. Staff approval of a r::ortage trail and appropriate signage,
if deemed. appropriate;
b. County Engineer review and approval of final reports fran
appropriate State and Federal agencies. In such review,
the County Engineer shall be mindful of the provisions of
Section 5.1. 26 and may require such measures as deemed
appropriate to accanplish the objectives of Section 5.1. 26 ,
including, but not limited to, upgrading of the fish ladder,
installation of fish screens and the like;
c. Any construction or other improvements wi thin the one hundred
year flood plain shall be accanplished in compliance with
Section 30.3 of the Zoning Ordinance.
