Erosion & Sediment Control Limits of Disturbance is 2.60. An area of 2.02 acres was used for water quality and quantity calculations. Water Quality Compliance: The disturbed area of 2.02 acres was used for the water quality analysis. In the proposed condition there will be 0.94 acres of managed turf, 1.08 acres of impervious cover. Approximately 0.55 1b/yr of phosphorus shall be removed through the installation of permeable pavement. A total of 1.09 lb/yr have been previously purchased. This plan now proposes an excess water quality treatment of 0.36 lb/yr. Water Quantity CoMpliance: Stormwater Quantity requirements for analysis point I will utilize a CMP detention system located within the parking area to meet all stormwater quantity requirements for this drainage area. Energy balance and channel protection for this analysis point are in compliance with all requirements. Site tab 5 Locked annual rainfall of 43 inches for use throughout Virginia since regulatory site based TP load limit is based on this value. 6 Corrected error in formula for total phosporus load reduction requirement. Previous formula was inconsistent with 9VAC25-870-63 A.2 and under certain circumstances provided erroneous TP load reduction requirement for development on prior developed lands. 7 Added button and shortcut (Ctrl+Shift+R) to clear user inputs from all worksheets. 8 Added shortcut (Ctrl+Shift+D) to clear land cover data from Site tab. 9 Added TP Baseline Load for adjusted pre-redevelopement portion (cell C58). 10 Added note (triggered to appear when applicable) below "Land Cover Summary for Redevelopment'- indicating that reduction below baseline TP load (<0.41 Ibs/acre) not required as per 9VAC25-870-63. 11 Added error messages when data input areas incomplete or not entered correctly. 12 Conditional formatting (Summary sections grayed out) when input information incomplete or incorrect. 13 Added Pre -redevelopment and Post -development load in Ibs/acre/yr (row 57) for additional comparison purposes 14 Corrected error in excel formula for new impervious cover Rv. 15 Corrected errors in excel formula for total site area and Rv's in redevelopment portion: error appeared when soil types change between pre -redevelopment and post -development with no net increases in impervious increase. 16 Added section for Final Post -Development to Land Cover Summaries to show combination of redevelopment portion and new net impervious cover portion. 17 Added informational section in blue (columns B to F, rows 12-14) and input/error guide (columns H to K, rows 12-14) to indicate to users upfront when new net impervious cover is being triggered, when 10 or 20 % reductions are being utilized, and when data entry is completed correctly. 18 Added data entry instruction when user inputs blank (row 8). 19 Added option for linear development projects (row 6, and cells D64-G64) D.A. tabs 20 Added MTDs: Hydrodynamic, Filtering, Generic. 21 Added "Total BMP Treatment Volume (W)" column. 22 Rearranged previous Turf and Impervious input rows to adjacent cells in same row so each practice now located on 1 row only. 23 Consolidated BMP Practice heading and added (RR or no RR label) to each practice to identify those with and without Runoff Reduction. 24 Added " Total Phosphorus Available for Removal in D.A. _ (Ibs)". 25 Added button to clear BMP credit areas entered for each practice. 26 Added user prompts to assist with user -input Rainwater Harvesting runoff reduction credit, and MTDs. 27 Renamed Credit and Phosphorus/Nitrogen Efficiency column headers to Runoff Removal Credit and Phosphorus/Nitrogen Removal Efficiency for clarity. 28 Removed "RR" from Column headings referring to runoff volume and TP load from upstream practices (which may be RR or non -RR practices). 29 Renamed "l 0. Wet Swale (Coastal Plain)" to "10. Wet Swale" in BMP heading in order to improve clarity. The practice is well suited for but not limited to the Coastal Plain. 30 Renamed "14. Manufactured BMPs" section heading to "14. Manufactured Treatment Device"s for consistency with Virginia BMP Clearinghouse. 31 Added "Micro-Bioretention #1" and "Micro-Bioretention #2" to Bioretention headings (6.a and 6.b on tab, respectively) from Spec 9. 32 Replaced zero values from all data entry cells with blank cells, blocked out calculation and data entry cells where input or calculations are not applicable. Water Quality Compliance tab 33 Optimized and reorganized for improved information output. 34 Added "Runoff Reduction Volume and TP By Drainage Area". 35 Added section for linear development projects (rows 21-26) Runoff Volume and CN tab 36 Reorganized and renamed Channel and Flood Protection tab to Runoff Volume and CN to more accurately reflect information provided. 37 Added user notes regarding limitations of Runoff Volume and CN tab for water quantity calculations. 38 Renamed CNw i,ihred to CNio.A. xl for the CNs based on soils and land cover types for each drainage area Summary tab 39 Added "Print Preview" button. 40 Fixed runtime error in Summary tab update macro. 41 Added "BMP Treatment Volume", "TP Load from Upstream practice", 7P Removed" and "TP remaining" columns to Summary tab. 42 Optimized macro efficiency and eliminated screen updating/flashing during macros. 43 Corrected Summary tab macro -Turf missing routine missing "<>". 44 Added additional pre and post site data onto Summary tab. 45 Added Error Summary Table to Summary tab (appears only if errors on Site tab or Drainage Area tabs are present) 46 Expanded and improved Runoff Coefficient and CN calculation section. 47 Added summary information for linear projects, only populates if applicable. 4S 13L Pre Area 1-1 (Offsite) Areas Combined (1-1 + 1-2 ) 12S Pre Area 1-2 (Onsite) S4 Reach on Link Keswick Hall_Spa_Analysis Points 1 (PRE) Prepared by Timmons Group Printed 1/6/2020 HydroCAD® 10.00-20 s/n 08663 © 2017 HydroCAD Software Solutions LLC Page 2 Area Listing (all nodes) Area CN Description (acres) (subcatchment-numbers) 0.780 83 VRRM SPREADSHEET D.A.
