Whyte Dear Mr. Vvnyte: The Albemarle County Board of Supervisors, at its rreeting on September 1, 1982, approved your above-referenced sp3cial use permit request to locate a veterinary hospi talon 4.430 acres zoned C-l, on property described as CoW1ty Ta'( Map 31, Parcel 32, and County Ta'( Map 3Ll\, Section 1, Block B, Parcel A, Rivarma Magisterial District, subject to the following conditiors: 1. Written Health Depart:rrent certification that the existing septic system facilities are adequate for the veterinary use; 2. No kennels or runs shall be permitted except t.hat sick animals reqtnrlng hospitalization ITay be kept for short periods indoors; 3. Compliance with 5.1.11 of the supplementa.D.l regulations of the Zoning Ordinance, except as otherwise provided in these conditions; 4. Building Official review' to insure compliance with noise limitations of 5.1.11 of the supplenentary regulations of the Zoning Ordinance; 5. No disposal of dead animals on the subject property; 6 . Use of G"le property for a veterinary hospital shall be limited to the existing structure of 850 square feet designated as Building C on the Landscape & Planting Plan, drawn by Grigg, v-Jocxi and Browne, Architects, O1arlottesville, Virginia, dated re\lision Septerrber 10, 1979, for EarlysJille Green, and buildings identified A, B, C, D by R~~, 9-1-82.
