I forgot to handwrite in these details as the form would not let me fill that part out on the computer. Please find the existing and new floor plans attached. The proposed business type is for a second dance studio. In addition to the new studio, there will be a new dressing room and a teacher's lounge and we will be making the attic space more functional and accessible. For attendees: We will run one class at a time out of this new studio. For an occasional large rehearsal, the absolute max number of students will never go over 20 students for this studio. On a regular basis through the realistic max number will likely be limited to 8-12 students per class due to age and the types of classes we will be running in this studio. There are 8 employees; 1 admin person who works remotely and 1 who works on -site, and 6 teachers. We will never have more than 3 teachers on -site at a time, split between this new studio and the old existing studio on the other side of the building. There is an office that is used about 12 hours per week by one person. Operating hours for classes are generally from Monday - Friday 4pm - 9pm and Saturday 9:45am - 6pm. I believe the square footage for the proposed changes is around 1700 square feet. If you need the exact sqft I can ask our contractor. Please let me know if I've left anything out.
