Thank you for your comments dated March 6;2019 on the above-referenced project The attached plans reflect changes to address your comments as described below: Planning Comments 1. The updated conditions of SP2018-004:have been added to the cover sheet. 2. The SWM access road information has been updated,as requested. The new access road location • has been removed.from Sheet 2,the material and the width of the access road has been added to sheets 3 and 4,the grading has been added to sheet 4. The grading meets the managed slope- requirements. An updated plat is being submitted for the new SWM access easement. • VDOT . . . . . • . No comments, plan is acceptable. Engineering;' 1. Sheets 6,.7,and 8 have been removed from this set of plans and included:in a separate VSMP/WPO : plan set: . ' • 2. . The existing.impervious area and proposed impervious areas have been added to the cover sheet for tracking. The total increase in impervious area is being mitigated,as outlined on the SWM narrative on the cover sheet and shown within the SWM plan for the VSMP/WPO plan.: : 3. The DB and F.G. has been added to the plat for the existing SWM easement. This easement is being : revised and a new swm.easement will be recorded along with the forest and open space easement. . 4. The proposed fixture counts and existing fixture counts will be provided to ACSA for review and approval of the meter. Fire/Rescue: . 1. The building expansion will not have a separate fire sprinkler system, it will be an extension of the existing system. No new FDC is necessary. 2. A note has been added on the cover sheet about providing a Knox Box onsite. 3. A new Fire hydrant has been added to the site within 100'of the FDC,see sheet 4. .The:fire hydrant has been added to the existing 6"fire_line to the building. 4. A note has been added to sheet 3 about the contractor providing a fire flow test on the sprinkler system and fire hydrant prior to final acceptance. Building Comments 1. A,note has been added to sheet 3 requiring the visual inspection for all the water lines,sewer lines, and fire lines.
