It looks like the ARB has not reviewed any wall signs for this development yet. As a multi -tenant development, a Comprehensive Sign Plan is required prior to approval of the first wall sign. (Google street view shows 2 wall signs in place, but these did not receive ARB approval.) I am going to check in with the ARB chair to confirm that this is required at this time.
