Heavy Duty - 1.5" surface course to 2.0" surface course, 3.5" intermediate base course to 3.0" intermediate base course. Light Duty — 2.5 surface course to 2.0" surface course, 6" aggregate base course to 8" aggregate base course. • Sheet C1.01: Permeable paver section detail revised to show a Permaloc edge restraint per the landscape drawings. Rain chain termination detail has been added. • Sheet C1.03: Additional ACO trench drain details have been provided. • Sheet C2.06: Tree removal has been revised to match the landscape plan. The existing pool has been shown to be removed. A portion of the existing 8" sanitary sewer service and manhole will now remain. • Sheet C2.07: A portion of existing shrubs adjacent to the retaining wall are to remain. Portion of existing 8" sanitary sewer service to remain. Two (2) existing trees are to remain near the future NGW. • Sheet C2.08: Tree removal has been revised to match the landscape plan. • Sheet C2.09: Tree removal has been revised to match the landscape plan. Portion of the existing gas line serving the pool is to be abandoned in place (Charlottesville Gas Dept). • Sheet C3.00: Sediment trap detail #1 detail revised to match the revised sediment trap on the Phase 1 drawings. • Sheets C3.01 — C3.05: E&SC measures around the site have been revised to accommodate changes in the final condition of the site plan. • Sheet C3.02: Sediment trap #3 shape has been revised. The LOD has been expanded to incorporate the mechanical yard adjacent to the Flower Shop. • Sheet C3.04: Sediment trap #3 shape has been revised. • Sheets C3.06 — C3.10: E&SC measures around the site have been revised to accommodate changes in the final condition of the site plan. • Sheets C4.00-C4.04: Various changes to the Restaurant, Horizon Pool, Pool Bar and surrounding spaces have been revised to match landscape plans. • Sheet C4.00: Inlet adjacent to the right -in right -out entry onto Keswick Rd has been added to the site plan. The sanitary sewer alignment has been revised to pick up the existing service coming from the Golf Club. The parking alignment adjacent to "Full Cry Lane" have been revised to remove parking spaces and permeable pavement. The grease trap and sanitary sewer stub connections for the Restaurant have been adjusted to match the latest building plans. • Sheet C4.01: The sanitary sewer alignment has been revised around the rear of the Hall and NGW. Stairs and retaining walls have been added around the NGW. A mechanical yard has been added next to the Flower Shop. Additional conduits have been provided to the NGW. The retaining wall configuration adjacent to the NGW and Hall has been modified. Stairs have been added adjacent to the Oval Lawn. The 8" fire line has been modified to accommodate the Oval Lawn stair feature. The telecommunications duct bank directed towards the Laundry facility has been revised to reflect four (4) inch conduits. • Sheet C4.02: Parking spaces nearest "Full Cry Lane" have been removed. The alignment of the last drive aisle has been revised and parking spaces modified to be parallel spaces. The large median adjacent to Keswick Rd has been removed. The pedestrian crossing has been revised to reflect asphalt pavement instead of heavy-duty concrete. • Sheet C4.03: Parking in front of the Hall has been removed and replaced with a series of stairs. • Sheet C4.04: Alignment of the duct bank and waterlines were adjusted to accommodate the gas line. Gas line to be installed by Charlottesville Gas Dept. The loading dock configuration on the Laundry Building has been revised. • Sheet C5.00-05.04: Storm pipe and inlets have been modified to accommodate the latest layout reflected on the landscape drawings. • Sheet C5.00: Roof leaders and additional drainage have been added to the Restaurant. Inlets have been added within the plaza adjacent to the Golf Club and Restaurant. Drainage features have been added to the new Horizon Pool. Alignment of Pipe 117 and 115 have been modified. A French drainage system has been proposed in the grass lawn on the rear of the Hall. • Sheet C5.01: Additional inlets have been provided within the plazas adjacent to the Hall. Two (2) 6" PVC electrical conduits have been added within the plazas. Area drains on the front of the Hall have been removed. A trench drain has been provided on the front of the Hall. Grading on the Oval Lawn has been modified. An inlet has been provided at the bottom of the new stairs leading down to the lower level of the NGW. • Sheet C5.02: The grading along Club Drive has been modified to accommodate the update alignment. Stormwater Detention (SWM 2) has been revised to show 160 LF of 48" CMP. • Sheet C5.03: A French drainage system has been proposed within the Oval Lawn. The culvert under "Full Cry Lane" has been removed. Inlet 708 has been replaced with a circular nyloplast basin. • Sheet C5.04: A trench drain has been added within the loading dock of the Laundry Building. AN additional inlet has been added, adjacent to the pump station to accommodate the new loading dock configuration. • Sheets C5.05 — C5.09: Spot elevations have been revised to in accordance with the latest landscape plans. • Sheet C6.05: The weir plate details for SWM 1 and SWM 2 have been revised to accommodate updates to the stormwater calculations per site plan revisions. • Sheet C6.09: Permeable pavers section detail has been revised to show a Permaloc edge restraint per the landscape drawings. • Sheet C7.00: SSWR Hall — 1 profile has been updated to reflect the addition of conduits and updates to the stormwater pipes. Sanitary structure numbers have been revised. • Sheet C7.01: Sanitary structure numbers have been revised. Sanitary sewer profiles have been revised to accommodate the existing connection to the Golf Club. • Sheet C7.02: Storm crossings have been added to waterline profiles serving the Laundry Building. • Sheet C7.03 — C7.0: Stormwater structures and pipes have been revised to accommodate the latest landscape plans If you have any questions or comments, please feel free to give me a call at 434.327.1683.
