These are not VSMP/DEQ fees. These are fees listed in chapter 17 under VESCP. Fees the county collects. DEQ is not
involved.

Ana, unless Glenn states otherwise:
WPO201300021 pre -dates the VSMP inspection fee program. SWM plan for WPO201400071 (block 12, phase 1, Lots 1-
7) is approved under WPO201300021. A single VSMP permit (VAR100043) covers OTV subdivision. With future
blocks, we should receive new SWM plans. WPO201400071 is an unusual circumstance in that block 12, phase 1 (future)
SWM is an existing sediment basin. It is built, requires only periodic inspection. We would apply VESCP fees, not
VSMP fees. The VSMP permit (VAR100043) does not require revision. I do not think this will happen again. In the
future, SWM plan approvals for new blocks/phases will require VSMP permit modification (virtually without exception)
to increase Area of disturbance.
That didn't happen this time -a singular occurrence since WPO201400071 area of disturbance is within boundaries of
VPDES permit VAR100043 mapped area (86.5 Ac./29-September-14 Sketch).
If a project requires an initial VSMP permit, or permit modification, it is subject to scheduled permit fees. Not this time:
No permit fees, correspondence with Richmond, notice to DEQ, or DEQ database update is required —a singular
occurrence. In the future, new development will trigger VSMP permit modification (VAR100043).
Thank you for asking, Ana.

Do I charge the permit and first year inspection fee for this project? There is no stormwater. Is this considered VESCP
for the purposes of charging fees?
Thanks

Ana,
SWM is bonded under WP0201300021. It may be best if we check on that, though.
ESC bond estimate attached. Parcel 55E-01-A1 confirmed (below)
Thanks, Ana-
