Impacts of the operations of a program with larger enrollment on a small site surrounded by residences., including impacts of doubling the number of proposed students from the existing limit of 25 students to the stated proposed maximum of 50 students. ;✓6 Consider concerns of neighbors and surrounding property owners. There were concerns raised from some nearby neighbors during the process for the original special use permit and such concerns should be addressed. Ensure compliance with existing zoning clearance. • During the review process, staff will analyze the impacts of the proposed increase in student enrollment and any mitigating factors proposed by the applicant. • As a special use permit, conditions will be included by staff in the permit, similar to those conditions that exist for the current special use permit, but taking into account the proposed changes and increase in student enrollment. • There will be a requirement for another community meeting to be held to inform nearby residents and property owners of the proposal. • A public hearing with the Planning Commission is required, where a recommendation to the Board of Supervisors will be made. • A public hearing with the Board of Supervisors is required, and the Board will make the final decision to either approve or deny the request for the amended special use permit.
