PRIOR TO THE COMPLETION OF ALL PAVING, THE CONTRACTOR SHALL ADJUST THEM TO THE FINAL ROAD GRADES AS NECESSARY. 4. EXISTING UTILITIES ARE SHOWN ONLY IN APPROXIMATE LOCATIONS ON THE PLANS BASED ON AVAILABLE RECORDS AND FIELD SURVEYS. DISTURBED OR TEMPORARILY RELOCATED DURING THE WORK. 8. VERTICAL DATUM IS BASED ON N.A.V.D. 88 FEET.
