The Property is subject to the Entrance Corridor and Airport Impact Area Overlay Districts as described in Section 30 of Chapter 18 of the Albemarle County Code ("Zoning Ordinance"). • The permitted uses of the Property are provided in the Code of Development approved alongside ZMA201600015. The current use of the Property of an Assisted Living Facility is a permitted use of the Property. • The Property is subject to site development plans SDP200800101 "Oakleigh — Final," SDP201700005 "Oakleigh," and SDP201700060 "Oakleigh — Minor." The Property appears to be developed in accord with these approved plans. • A Certificate of Occupancy associated with Building Permit B201701137NI for the Blake at Charlottesville was issued on July 24, 2019. • The abutting properties are zoned NMD to the north, Residential — R-6 to the west, Planned Development Mixed Commercial — PD-MC to the east, and Residential — R-2 to the south east.
