SUBDIVISION NOTES
The land reguiations lusted/described herein are imposed
pursuant to the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance in
effect on this date, and are not restrictive covenants
running with the land and their appearance on this plot is
not intended to impose them as such.
1. Source of title: DB 996-126, DB 1485-406
2. This parcel is not in a flood plain.
3. This parcel is zoned PD-MC. QMA 98-20)
4. All property corners are monumented with iron rods
unless noted otherwise.
