Barracks Road Sidewalk Project
Subject: Record Drawing / Design Discrepancies at Structure 4-2 Acknowledgement
Kimley-Horn has confirmed via photographs (see attached) and As -Built Survey from Lincoln
Surveying (dated 12/19/2018) that Structure 4-2 has been installed in a manner that conforms to the
design intent. As shown on Sheet 7(2) of the record drawings, the elevations of the various
components of Structure 4-2 were found to be in general conformance with the plans and acceptable
tolerances. Structure 4-2 maintains the stormwater detention capabilities and results as previously
modeled in the project's approved drainage narrative dated July 10, 2018. Therefore, stormwater
discharge from the project site will remain within the allowable thresholds required to meet MS-19 and
applicable SWM criteria as noted on Sheet 1 H(2) in the record drawings.
