Date: July 10, 2019 Barracks Road Sidewalk Project Subject: Record Drawing / Design Discrepancies at Structure 4-2 Acknowledgement Kimley-Horn has confirmed via photographs (see attached) and As -Built Survey from Lincoln Surveying (dated 12/19/2018) that Structure 4-2 has been installed in a manner that conforms to the design intent. As shown on Sheet 7(2) of the record drawings, the elevations of the various components of Structure 4-2 were found to be in general conformance with the plans and acceptable tolerances. Structure 4-2 maintains the stormwater detention capabilities and results as previously modeled in the project's approved drainage narrative dated July 10, 2018. Therefore, stormwater discharge from the project site will remain within the allowable thresholds required to meet MS-19 and applicable SWM criteria as noted on Sheet 1 H(2) in the record drawings.
