[kirk@khals.net] Crutchfield Corporation (Bill Crutchfield) 31 December 2019 28 January 2020 Matt Wentland Kirk, We have reviewed the plat and have the following comments: Engineering 1. The fee for an easement plat will need to paid ($817). 2. The attached Deed has been reviewed by the County Attorney's Office and is a draft for your review. It will need to be filled out and signed by Mr. Crutchfield once the plat has been finalized and has a final revision date. 3. The County Attorney's Office has determined a public hearing will be required in order to vacate the portion of the existing easement. An option to avoid this is to leave the existing easement in place and dedicate the new easement in addition to the existing one. Planning — Tori Kanellopoulos 1. 14-203(D)(2) Fees: Provide fee for easement plat with a deed: $817.00. 2. Sec. 14-431 Easements for stormwater management facilities and other control measures: Engineering approval is required for this plat. A deed will need to be reviewed and approved by Engineering and the County Attorney's Office. Planning defers to Engineering on whether the existing deed for the public drainage easement (DB 5138 PG 468) needs to be updated, or if the plat update is sufficient.
