(wwhite(abroudabush.com) From: Andrew Reitelbach, Senior Planner Division: Planning Date: January 28, 2020 Subject: SUB2019-00133 Wyant Lane — BLA Fax 434-972-4126 The County of Albemarle Planning Division will grant or recommend approval of the plat referenced above once the following comments have been addressed: [Each comment is preceded by the applicable reference, which is to the Subdivision/Zoning Ordinances unless otherwise specified.] 1. [14-302(B)1] Provide the date of the last revision of the plat on the next submittal. 2. [14-302(B)6] There are several areas on the plat where the incorrect tax map and parcel numbers are provided. Please revise note #1 to state the correct TMP numbers for the subject parcels of this plat. There are a couple references to parcel 35 instead of 36. In addition, the adjacent parcel label for the property owned by Austin E. or Jackie M. Jamison is incorrect. Provide the correct parcel number for that property, which should be TMP 72-36C. Staff has provided references to provisions of Chapter 14 of the Code of the County of Albemarle. The Code is kept up to date by the County Attorney's office. The Code may be found on the County Attorney's website, which may be found under "Departments and Services" at Albemarle.org. In accordance with the provisions of Section 14-229(B) of Chapter 14 of the Code, if the subdivider fails to submit a revised final plat to address all of the requirements within six (6) months after the date of this letter, the application shall be deemed to have been voluntarily withdrawn by the subdivider.
