RE: SDP201600049 The Vue — LOR #2
Dear Mr. McClellan and Ms. Schimming,
Your LOR application has been reviewed. In order for the amended site plan to be approved the following
revisions are required:
Previous Comments 1-5 have been addressed. Thank you.
Comments related to lighting plan materials dated 11.06.19:
6. [4.17.2] Fixtures.
a. Please identify the two unlabeled fixtures in the median of the double parking row
between Building 100/200 and Building 300.
b. Once identified, per comment 6a, update the lighting schedule table to reflect the correct
quantity for each light type.
7. [4.17] Lumens. The lumens listed on the lighting schedule for fixtures C, D, E, and F did not align
with the fixture cut sheets provided. Please revise or provide more information such that staff is able
to confirm the lumens emitted by each.
8. [Comment] Page count. As this lighting plan is now 2 pages, please update the title block to reflect
the current page count.
9. [32.6.2(a), 32.5.2(a)] Revision date. A revision date in the title block (for the resubmittal).
Staff has provided references to provisions of Chapter 18 of the Code of the County of Albemarle. The
Code is kept up to date by the County Attorney's office. The Code may be found on the County
Attorney's website which may be found under "Departments and Services" at Albemarle.org.
In accord with the provisions of Section 32.4.3.5 of Chapter 18 of the Code if the developer fails to
submit a revised final site plan to address all of the requirements within six (6) months after the date of
this letter the application shall be deemed to have been voluntarily withdrawn by the developer. If you
have any questions about the comments please feel free to contact me.
Sincerely,
k"*
