This fee is required per sections 17-207 and 17-208 of the County Code. To pay the re -inspection fee, please send a check payable to the County of Albemarle to my attention along with the enclosed copy of this invoice. If the re -inspection fee is not paid within 30 days, interest charges will be applied to the past due amount per the Albemarle County Water Protection Ordinance (Sec. 17-210). The following deficiencies were found: 1. Deficiency: Silt Fence was not properly maintained along the eastern side of the project allowing sediment to flow unrestricted into neighboring properties and waterways. Required Correction: Repair and / or Replace Silt Fence as shown on the approved plan. Corrected — 17 May 2019 2. Deficiency: Page 2 of 2 Sediment Trap not properly maintained. Required Correction: Maintain Sediment Trap as shown on the approved plan. Corrected — 17 May 2019 3. Deficiency: Site not properly stabilized. As per plan, no more than 500 linear feet are to be disturbed at any time. Disturbances are to be stabilized daily. Required Correction: Seed and Mulch the entire length of completed waterline. Corrected — 17 May 2019 4. Deficiency: Silt Fence not installed around stockpile at station 00+00. Required Correction: Install Silt Fence around all stockpiles and disturbances as shown on the approved plan. Corrected — 17 May 2019 If the corrections listed have not made by May 3, 2019 Extended to 15 May 2019 Albemarle County may issue a Stop Work Order or pursue remedies per 17-902 of the Albemarle County Code. A reinspection fee of $250 will be charged to the owner for each reinspection of this letter.
