The Department of Community Development hereby grants approval of this LOR for the following modification to SDP333, depicted on the modified site plan and described below. 1. Installation of 8-ft tall AC Chiller and surrounding fence, atop a new 6-inch thick concrete pad in front of existing backup generator at rear of school. This change is noted in the attached request and plan. This is the second Letter of Revision for this site. This project is located at 4217 Red Hill Road. The application and 4 copies of the proposed changes are attached. The latest approved site plan from 1972 has been marked to show locations of new equipment. The Letter of Revision details two (2) changes to the site plan. 1) Air- Cooled Chiller- The chiller will be installed in front of an existing Backup Generator. The fencing from the generator will be extended to surround new equipment. The new Air- Cooled Chiller will be 28' L x 7' W and 8' Tall. 2) Concrete Pad- A new concrete pad will be installed on top of existing pavement to support the new equipment.
