Because both County easements cross the "New Ice Rink Lot," we'll need the owner(s) of that Lot (at
the time of the dedication) to sign off on the deed(s) of easement. Could you clarify the expected
ownership of that Lot at the time of dedication (preferably by obtaining a copy of the deed to that new
Lot)?
Also, it sounds as though the plat may still be subject to further revision. I for one had a hard
time deciphering the parallel grey lines around the New Ice Rink Lot on page V6. If the surveyor only
intended one set of lines, perhaps we should await (or request) the next plat revision.

Thanks for your message. The revised plat is much clearer without the parallel lines around the New
Ice Rink Lot.
Attached are revised deeds. However, there still are a number of moving parts:
1. Because the "New Variable Width Public SWM Access Easement also crosses TMP 46-18A,
owned by Mr. & Mrs. Haugh, please ensure that the County has a recorded SWM Agreement with Mr.
& Mrs. Haugh, and cite the deed book and page number of that Agreement in the SWM deed.
2. Please ensure that the New Ice Rink Lot is in fact conveyed to the Crockett Corporation before
these deeds are recorded. These deeds are based on that conveyance happening first.
3. Once the New Ice Rink Lot is conveyed, it will receive a new TMP number, which should be added
to the top of the deeds.
4. Both of these deeds state that the New Ice Rink Lot Plat is "attached hereto and recorded
herewith." The same Plat cannot be attached to and recorded with both deeds. In fact, I suspect that

the New Ice Rink Lot Plat will be recorded with the deed creating and conveying the New Ice Rink
Lot. Once the New Ice Rink Lot Plat is recorded, the property description should be updated to
reflect where that Plat is actually recorded.
