Dear Mr. Roell
This letter is to approve as a Letter of Revision for the construction of a rising barrier (gate)
between the parking lots on TMP78-57B and 78-11AL All of the changes are noted in the
attached request and plan. This approval is conditioned on the gate having a Knox box or some
other system that will let the gate be activated by emergency response personnel. This will be
required to be shown on the building permit. This is the 2nd letter of Revision for this site. A
total of three (3) Letters of Revision are allowed before all changes to the plan are required to be
submitted in the form of a site plan amendment.

Dear Bill,
Please consider this letter and revised Site Plan Sheets 1, and 3 as our request for a letter of revision to
the referenced site plan. The changes include the following:
1) The owner is placing an active, rising barrier between the parking areas of TMP 78-57B and TMP
78-11A1 in order to reduce public vehicular traffic through the two properties. The renters of
TMP-11A1 will be able to activate the rising Farrier in order to have access to the 6 parking
spaces on lot 78-57B.
