Randall Ralston 943 Glennwood Station Lane, Suite 101 Charlottesville, VA 22901 RE: ARB-2019-127: 5" Street Commercial Minor (TMP 07600-00-00-055A0) Dear Randy, Thanks for asking about the approvals on ARB-2019-127.1 emailed your team on December 18, 2019 to inform you that the most recent set of revised plans had resolved all outstanding ARB issues and I said that a formal approval letter would be forthcoming. I cannot find a record of that letter, so please consider this the approval letter and your Certificate of Appropriateness for ARB-2019-127. This approval is specifically conditioned on the following: 1. Execution of the design indicated on the final approved plans, attachments, materials, samples, and other submittal items presented. Please note the following: 1. Any changes in the approved design will require a new application and additional review. 2. Certificates of Appropriateness are valid for the same period that the corresponding site plan is valid. If there is no site plan required for the proposed work, the Certificate of Appropriateness is valid for 3 years. Applicants requesting an extension of the period of validity must do so in writing. The letter must be received by the Director of Planning prior to the expiration date. If you have questions about this action, please feel free to contact me.
