1. This approval is limited to a modification of the side

2. This approval is subject to a licensed surveyor's
certification that any portion of the building is at least
six(6)feet from the side property line.
The Board finds that the facts before it satisfy the
requirements set out in the Virginia Code § 15.2-2309.2,

meeting.
