We have revised the design of the VSMP Plan per your comments dated Jan.14, 2019. See below for our comment response. A. Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) Paper copies of the latest SWPPP has been provided. B. Pollution Prevention Plan (PPP) C. Stormwater Management Plan (SWMP) n You are correct, upon review the "Ditch 1" label was outside the extents of the plans on the previous plot. This has been fixed. Ditch 1 calculations are shown in the calc packet, the section is shown on C11, and the label is now shown on all sheets featuring this ditch. A clearer note explaining the outfall has been added to utility plan sheet C4. Retaining walls no longer cross lot lines, they are either in open space lots or on single lots. Retaining walls on lots 18 and 21 have been removed from the drainage easement per our discussion in the Jan. 16 meeting. General plan note: ditch calculations for Ditch 2 (SCC along the rear of Lots 8-22) have been provided. This ditch does not channel much water, we request that engineering approve the location instead of piping this runoff. The main reason is that after the first 3 lots the ditch passes, the 10 yr storm only produces a maximum flow width of 2.8' (for the 2:1 side slopes along this area, depth=0.70: 0.7 x 2 x 2 = 2.8). Piping this flow would produce an additional maintenance burden which we do not find appropriate for the conditions of the channel. Furthermore, even if this was piped, the fill along these lots would still produce a drainage swale, which would still convey runoff in the same way shown herein. D. Erosion and Sediment Control Plan (ESCP) Noted, this has been added to C12 baffle detail.
