Please prepare a zoning compliance letter for the Property including the following information: The zoning classification of the Property is Rural Area (RA), as defined in the Albemarle County Zoning Ordinance (the "Zoning Ordinance"); 2. The location of the Property within the RA zoning district permits, by right, all of the uses set out in § 10.2.1; 3. Whether there are any zoning actions, such as zoning map amendments and conditional use permits, and any proffers affecting the Property, and copies of the same; 4.
